Obama Parties in Hawaii While America Suffers

The communist educated Obama now seems to be enjoying the fruits of capitalism and the people like no president in recent memory. Steve Wonder, The Jonas Brothers lavish food including Celery Soup, Wild Mushroom Crisps, Steelhead Salmon with Citrus sauce, Crispy Spinach, Toasted Saffron Couscous Pearls, Baby Iceberg lettuce with Maytag Bleu Cheese and Yogurt ranch dressing and for dessert, Milk Chocolate velvet cake” – all served on gold-rimmed china. Trips to Europe, New York, China, Japan and everywhere in between. Between extravagant travel and parties the Obama’s are living the high life that would make King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette jealous. They have easily surpassed Bill Clinton in their extravagance and disdain for the people. “Let them eat cake” was the quote attributed to Marie Antoinette as the peasants formed in the streets of Paris. Michelle Obama’s quote seems to be “Let them have health care” as the peasants formed in the streets of Washington.

Obama living the high life in Hawaii

The Obama’s and Washington will get the credit card out for the first and second quarters of 2010 and there will be “economic growth” just in time for the mid term elections. But then the third and fourth quarters will arrive and the bills come due. The Obama’s will ignore the peasants in the streets of Washington in 2010 like they did in 2009. They will throw lavish Wednesday night parties, Hawaiian pig roast, and jet set around the world and make pigs of themselves. They have no decency for the plight of their fellow man just like almost all liberals. Now the American people who voted them in are really seeing who they are. Shallow and selfish more concerned about ideology than the welfare of the people. “Let them have health care” and to hell with the rest. High taxes and health care as the businesses go under from the burden of government plundering.

“Let them eat cake” was the famous quote attributed to Marie Antoinette while the peasants starved. Michelle Obama’s quote will be “Let them have health care” while Americans starved.

No statement of solidarity for the passengers on the Detroit flight that suffered a terrorist attack. Silence. The same silence King Louis and Marie had at the Palace of Versailles the Obama’s now enjoy in Hawaii. The peasants will once again rise up and Obama will end up with the same fate as King Louis XVI.

Orlando Sentinel Ridicules Christians on Christmas Eve

In a disgusting display of vicious hatred towards Christians Orlando Sentinel columnist Mike Thomas has written an article mocking Christians for praying against health care reform. He like most secular progressives fails to understand Christianity. Christians don’t pray for or against health care they pray to Jesus. Christians have been for centuries, long before Obama was born, been out in the slums and ghettos providing comfort and yes health care to the poor. They don’t need a mandate from Messiah Obama to do the Christian thing.

Orlando Sentinel columnist Mike Thomas

Orlando Sentinel columnist Mike Thomas

Like all secular progressives Mr. Thomas believes and worships government. Only government is worthy of his and if it was up to him our prayers. He is blinded in his ideology to the corruption and graft all around the federal government’s health care bill as has been pointed out by opposing congressmen Denis Kucinich (D) and Ron Paul (R). He truly believes government will deliver heath care like Jesus would. Just like Social Security, AMTRAK, Medicare, and other deficit and corruption riddle programs. His god is government and his religion is ever evolving “for the people”.

His vile display on Christmas Eve shows his and other secular progressives hatred towards and contempt for Christians and all others who believe in a higher being.

Please e-mail the fascist and let him know what you think.

Would Jesus pray to block health care for needy?

People are praying for many things during this holy season. But perhaps the most unusual request of all comes from religious conservatives, including some in Congress. They staged an Internet “prayercast” to block the health-care legislation being voted on today in the Senate.

Given that Democrats have the 60 votes lined up to pass it, they may have to call in Benny Hinn to pull off this miracle.

How exactly does one pray against health care?

Dear Lord, please do not send the downtrodden to the doctor because my taxes will go up and I’ll have to wait in line for my knee replacement.

Or: Dear God, please don’t give that other family health coverage taxpayers cannot afford so I can keep the Medicare Advantage and drug plan we also cannot afford.

Or how about a simple: Deliver us from socialism. Amen.

I certainly do not agree with everything in the health-care bills. But praying against access to medical care right before Christmas? And then claiming God’s political support?

It conjures up images of Scrooge, of Pottersville — of the crowd telling Bartimaeus to shut up when he pleaded to Jesus to cure his blindness.

Health Care Insurance Stocks Soar to Protected Monopoly Status

With the prospect of government protected oligopoly status and the addition of millions of young healthy customers forced to buy their product investors are flocking to health insurance stocks. WellPoint had a 52 week lot of $29.32 and is now at $60.05 near its high of $60.89. United Health Group had a 52 week low of $16.18 and is not at $32.15. AETNA 52 week low of $18.66 and now is at $34.00. Humana 52 week low of $18.57 and not trading at $45.79. Record highs for the year. A nice 100% plus gain since March. The health care reform legislation sure seems to be good business for the evil health care insurance business.

MSNBC Reporter Dylan Ratigan

What has happened here is nothing new. Governments have been setting up monopoly conditions in markets for centuries. Earl Gray and the importation and taxation of tea set the stage for the American Revolution. The Boston Tea Party was a protest of unfair trade and taxation of tea products. Governments and private companies do this to extract monopoly profits from the peasants. And now this practice has come to our health insurance.

This is how governments think. This is why the founding fathers separated government from business. This is why Andrew Jackson successfully fought with all his might to kill the Second Bank of the United States. Government has an inherent propensity to set up monopolies. It’s what they do. The reasoning is simple. Government is an unresponsive body designed to beat money out of peasants using force and coercion. That’s all it is. Nothing more than a bunch of Tony Soprano thugs beating down business owners and peasants for protection money. A bunch of lazy unproductive slugs willing to use force to live high on the hog. The founding fathers recognized this and did everything in their power to restrict government.

The bankers back in the early 20th century went to government to set up a monopoly bank we now call the Federal Reserve. Anyone wonder why those Wall Street types are so rich? It’s not because they are smarter than you. It’s because by concentrating the Federal Reserve in New York they are able to get inside information on financial conditions the rest of the country does not have access to. And that is the real reason the Federal Reserve is in New York and pretends to be regional. It’s a government monopoly designed to serve a narrow special interest group. And that all folks.

Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz another Political Science Major

Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz another Political Science Major

So why is financial reporter Dylan Ratigan of MSNBC so outraged when health care stocks rise 10% when this latest monopoly legislation takes hold? Did he miss history 101 in college? Or is he another victim of propaganda? He was probably told by his government school government is for the people and private business bad. The unusual crap and unfortunately for him he believed the propaganda. What we witnessed in his interview with Debbie Wasserman Schultz was another American coming to the realization that government almost never does what is in the best interest of the people. The same lesson our founding fathers realized 233 year ago. As for Mrs. Wasserman Schultz she’s a lost cause. People like her are the same ones who were saying the earth is flat and there is Global Warming.

A decade or so ago I was a math teacher. I taught math and hated the undisciplined students and overcrowded schools. But what I learned was not that our monopoly public school system was bad. I knew that and was already a strong supporter of vouchers. What I learned was how few people can really think coherently.

Algebra and other simple math classes require the ability to think rationally. It doesn’t depend on being pretty or talking a good game. It requires a little study and the application of a rational thinking process to get the right answers. I was simply astonished at the number of students that could not do simple logical thinking. These kids looked like normal human beings. They talked like normal human beings. It scared the hell out of me that these idiots would some day be voting!

Debbie Wasserman Schultz is an example of one of these idiots that cannot think. She most likely hated every math class she took. She passed the minimum and fled immediately to the refuge of political science. Oh the great world of illogical morons looking to control other people. People who think they are smart but are as dumb as a box of rocks. She is an example of why you should avoid anyone with a political science degree. To lazy to study something academically strenuous and brain washed up to her eyebrows in political crap.
And so we have another government created monopoly set up to plunder and pillage the peasants. Stupid morons like Debbie Wasserman Schultz set it up. It will cost you dearly. You think insurance premiums were high before? Oh yea baby you ain’t seen nothing yet.

Add health care to the Federal Reserve, education, post office, social security, AMTRAC and others. Dictatorship and the collapse are coming. The only thing we have to be grateful for is congress is spending us into a revolution. We just need to be smart and form a new government based on the founding fathers principals of limited federal government. We are repeating history because we strayed from the constitution. It’s that simple Debbie and Dylan.

Health Care Industry gets $450 Billion Bail Out

The US Politburo has done it again. The dictatorship in Washington has ignored the will of the people and taken over another sector of the US economy. This time with a $450 billion bail out to the health care insurance industry. To most reading the political garbage in the main stream media this will come as a surprise to them. Affordable cost was the objective right?

Comrade Reid

The insurance industry saw an opening to consolidate market share and eliminate competitive practices for all time and they took advantage of it. Basically now all medical plans will have to be the same. This eliminates confusion but also makes it very easy for competitors to fix prices to near monopoly levels. Now with alternative forms of insurance closed down the insurance executives can get down to the business of price fixing. You the consumer will get plan A, B, C or D. And if you don’t like that you can pay on your own. Washington gets power and political patronage.

Monopolies look to deliver the least service for the maximum amount of revenue. The less innovation the better. Innovation will be almost gone. What equipment that the industry has now is what it most likely will be 30 years from now. Monopolies are not responsive especially if it will cost them money. New technologies will be sidelined for years before they are adopted.

Insurance companies will get to use the government as a back stop to deny claims. The government will be the bad guy now and insurance companies can say “it’s the governments fault not ours.” With huge amounts of profit to be made from denying insurance claims money will flow to politicians like a four foot wide sewer pipe full of feces. The pressure on government to deny claims will be tremendous both to make money for the insurance industry and to claim medical savings for voters. This is just evil.

The Hammer and Sickle fly proudly in Washington DC

The Hammer and Sickle fly proudly in Washington DC

The rich and upper middle income people will be able to pay out of pocket or buy better quality plans. For the rest of us we will be at the mercy of the government for health care. Consumers will be pitted against the insurance industry and special interest always wins in Washington. This is simply not a fair fight. This is evil.

The first to feel the effects will be the elderly. The Washington elites have been looking at the billions spent on the elderly for decades. Now they have their chance. The elderly will be powerless to stop them and they can look for inferior care for the rest of their lives. The elites will not care unless it is one of their own like Ted Kennedy. If you are 78 years old and need brain surgery you will not get it. You are now second class. Elections have consequences and this is a huge step towards eliminating “white privilege”.

So cost will increase, Washington dictatorship will increase, health care insurance profits will increase and you will die sooner. Hope and change are here. Hope you are a insurance executive.

What is the True Motivation of Bankers?

In my life time I have never see such a horrible job done by the Federal Reserve than has been done in the last decade. It first started with Alan Greenspan’s intentional sabotage of the final years of the Bush Administration. By keeping the federal fund rate at 1% while the housing bubble rose to catastrophic proportions Mr. Greenspan guaranteed disaster. The opposite reaction he had in 1989 to 1991 during the Savings and Loan crisis. Now we have Time’s “Man of the Year” Ben Bernanke completely blow up the Federal Reserve. With Bernanke’s actions we are almost assured of depression with inflation.

Ben Bernanke Federal Reserve Chairman

Ben Bernanke Federal Reserve Chairman

Let’s take a step back and look at “bubbles”. Money, rail road, housing, commercial real estate, stock and other “bubbles” have been around for centuries. Why create them if they cause damage? Bubbles take advantage of “irrational exuberance” to quote Mr. Greenspan. And the great thing about them is only a few insiders know that they are artificial. Everyone pretends the gains in the hot asset of the year will go up forever and the smart money sells. No one really knows when it will end but it always does.

Mr. Greenspan’s famous “irrational exuberance” quote was in 1997 concerning the NASDAQ bubble. He missed the peak by three years.

Basically for the banking industry a central bank, like the Federal Reserve, decides to print more money than the year before. This can be 5% to 120%. Most economist feel a modest inflation rate is desirable because it “lubricates” the economy. This is a fancy way of saying a employer can have a price cut or wage cut without changing anything. Just keep the prices on the menu the same for the next year or someone’s wage. If the inflation rate is predictable and modest business can easily adjust and plan future activities.

Where the devious part comes in is what is known as “Keynesian” economics which is what the current administration is practicing on the economy. John Maynard Keynes was an economist for FDR in the 30’s and 40’s. He came up with “priming the pump” and other nonsense that Nancy Pelosi spews to this day. His basic belief was that the federal government should continually increase spending “tricking” manufacturers into producing more than they would have in the belief that they were too stupid to realize the money stock was becoming devalued. This meant basically paying manufacturers with devalued dollars. The problem is this method builds distrust as was seen in the 1960’s and pretty soon everyone from producers to the unions automatically assume there will be more inflation than anticipated and contracts are adjusted accordingly. The federal government has to spend an ever increasing amount to “trick” manufacturers and a vicious cycle is created triggering inflation.

But let’s assume the only ones who know that the money supply was increased were the insiders at the Federal Reserve in New York. These guys are buddies with their pals at Goldman Sacks. They socialize at the finest New York restaurants, date, marry, play softball and intermingle. The Federal Reserve guys tell the Goldman Sacks guys what is happening on the Open Market Committee and with the Federal Reserve Chairman. Secrets don’t last long when there’s money to be made. So the Goldman employees know to buy now with valuable dollars before they depreciate. The same holds true for bankers. The bubble occurs and no one knows exactly when it will burst but it will. So the inside crowd sells off assets sometimes to soon or on time but they do sell off. And the public is left holding worthless assets. That’s how it’s supposed to work which is why we have a Federal Reserve and not “Free Banking”. Corruption and greed. This last housing bubble didn’t quite work out that way which is the real reason Bush Treasury Secretary Paulson freaked out and got the bail out billions to pay off a bunch of pissed off investment bankers.

And now we are in a dollar bubble just waiting to burst. Its 1931, 10% unemployment, bad economy and for the most part blissfully ignorant of how bad it will get in the coming years. And there is the federal government doing everything wrong. Printing money, buying unproductive junk, producing temporary jobs. Basically moving more and more of the economies resources from the productive sector to the unproductive sector. All the while increasing taxes and further retarding growth. And to top it off proposing new trillion dollar programs that add uncertainty to the business community. This is going to be a big fall.

The main point is that we don’t need a Federal Reserve. In the past banks would print their own notes and back them with gold, silver or even regional bank notes. So why do we have a Federal Reserve setting interest rates and exploding the money supply? It makes no sense.

One of the reforms that will need to occur if America is to remain viable is to strip the Federal Reserve of all it powers except as a partner to assist with bankrupt banks. We don’t need it. The damage far outweighs the benefit. We need to have a “Free Banking” movement in the United States and get back to “hard money” banking policies.

In the past I have supported the Federal Reserve because for most of my life from 1981 to 2001 it was rational and generally respectable in its operations. Wow was I ever wrong. Time to get back to Andrew Jackson’s values and the idea of killing the federal bank for another 77 years or so.

Barney Frank Borrows Fascist Tactics from Hitler to Rewrite Financial Laws

Oh how the fascist regime of Hitler’s Third Reich lives on in the Democratic Party and portions of the Republican Party. Just as Hitler and his fascist took over the banking system in the 1930’s so do Obama and his fascist in the party keep pushing for control of banks today. Of course we remember the first shot was fired by Bush and McCain to “save” our banks. What they were saving the banks from was a bunch of worthless paper generated by Fannie and Freddie.

Fascist Frank from Massachusetts

Fascist Frank from Massachusetts

Imagine a world where the banks that got involved in sub prime mortgages were allowed to fail. 50% of the banking system gone. The most corrupt insiders out of a job walking the streets desperately trying to sell their McMansions at 60% of purchase price. True evil both in Washington and Wall Street exposed and out on the street. Justice over insane banking practices.

And you know what? If the process was allowed to go forward as nature and capitalism intended the banking system would be nearly recovered today. Sure it would have hurt but new companies with sound banking principals would have emerged. Foreign banking concerns not caught up in the corruption would have bought assets from the toxic institutions. The United States and the world banking system would be stronger with the riff raff out of the way. Wall Street would have learned a valuable lesson to never trust Washington. Capitalism would have done its job of killing the corrupt and exposing lunacy.

But it was not to be. Goldman Sacks alumni Henry Paulson saved his old company with one of the worse pieces of crap legislation ever passed in the history of America. It will go down in history as the federal government final push for dictatorship over the people. You know the good old standbys used by the ruling class to establish dictatorship, war, economic crisis and yet to be experienced sever inflation. And the inflation is just around the corner.

For those not paying attention the producer price index was up 1.8% or 21.6% annually. The consumer price index was up 0.4% or 4.8% annually. With a reduction in production overcapacity, money growth of 20% in the past year, monetary base increases of 120% or more what do you think will happen when the democrats push to lower unemployment to 8% with more printed money? A whole lot of dollars chasing less supply. Hey we all loved the 70’s we just didn’t want to relive them.

And now our fascist congressman from Massachusetts is pushing more “reform”. He wants to set up a Consumer Protection Agency and have a Harvard professor (Elizabeth Warren) run it. Oh gee another Harvard affirmative action genius. Thanks but no thanks please give me somebody from the University of Montana or anyplace where people are not indoctrinated into the communist ways of the world. Anyplace but an Ivy League school. These people are the stupidest most elitist snobs on the planet. Time to destroy the temple. Throw out the money changers.

Fascist Frank wants to reinstall Glass-Steagall on a case by case basis. This 1933 act separated banks from brokerage houses. Hey Frank the problem was not Glass-Steagall or lack thereof it was your Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the Community Reinvestment Act that forced the hand of lending institutions to make bad loans to the “disadvantaged” members of America. Look and the foreclosures fascist Frank and you will see they trend very nicely with increased minority home ownership. Ouch that hurts but it is so true. That and your liberal white scum scamming the housing bubble.

And who exactly is going to be the judge of this “case by case” basis? And how will it be decided? Let me guess. Goldman Sacks contributed $10 million to the democrats. No need for action against them. Sun Trust contributed $3 million to republicans. Got to break them up. Yea fascist Frank we get it. Loser.

And fascist Frank wants to limit company size and complexity. How about letting them fail if they get stupid? No fascist Frank wants to dictate the terms a company can grow. Why who would not want our bankers to be competitive with the rest of the world’s bankers? Fascism first right Barney? Why hell a “republican” bank might get big and we really need a law to cut them down to size.

One part of the fascist Frank’s bill that is unconstitutional would be to prevent overturning of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Now citizen privacy is a noble idea but who in the hell does Frank think he is to prohibit future legislatures from modifying or throwing out Gramm-Leach-Bliley if they god damn well please. Does Mr. Frank think he is writing the bible or some other great work that should be followed for thousands and thousands of years? Does Mr. Frank have a connection to god we are not aware of?

And the taxes on institutions holding over $10 billion in assets. Why of course there has got to be a tax in there somewhere butt it’s to assist in the dissolution of failed institutions. Why didn’t you let Goldman Sacks fail the first time? Has anyone told Mr. Frank that the United States has bankruptcy courts? You know that rule of law thing?

And of course there has to be a bone thrown to the Federal Reserve to assist troubled institutions with cash. What the hell why not? And of course there is that slight minor detail of the government closing down “troubled” institutions even though they may be operating in the marketplace and have not asked to be liquidated. Hey what the hell just close them down if they don’t meet some obscure measurement like say donations to democratic politicians. You know all for the party or shut them down.

The move towards dictatorship moves on in the financial sector championed by fascist Frank and his party buddies. This is such a Hitler repeat of the 1930’s. This just makes me sick to be an American.

Federal Reserve Still Inflating the Money Supply

As has been pointed out by myself and many economists the Federal Reserve is dramatically increasing the monetary base. What does this mean? If the Great Depression is indicator inflation with high unemployment as the federal government continues to “crowd out” the private sector in its insatiable appetite for good and services. The ultimate end game is fascist control over the economy like that which occurred in America and Germany in the 1930’s.

Monetary Base

Monetary Base

Obama and the democrats have authorized another trillion or so of debt. Soon we will be approaching 100% debt of the yearly GDP. That would be the same as me making $100,000 and owing $100,000. Not such a bad thing if the debt was over a long period of time but in the past year the Federal Reserve has had trouble selling long term bonds. Most have been seven years or less. To further compound the problem the current administration is looking to raise taxes. This will stunt economic growth. As the pool of taxpayers dwindles more and more of this burden will be carried by fewer and fewer citizens. Income inequality will go down because there will be less prosperity. This will be celebrated by Obama and fascist economist like Paul Krugman as a great victory. There will be less rich people and more equality.

And that is the goal “equality” and power. Everyone knows the scenario. Thanks to Glen Beck and Neal Cavuto if people want it they can get a pretty decent overview of the game plan of the fascist. None of this is new. What will we do about it?

At a recent political gathering I was asked about the Federal Reserve and its function. Alex Jones and his crowd have been demonizing the Federal Reserve and is a proponent of putting the Fed under congressional control. This would be the worst possible scenario possible. Congress would print and spend every election cycle.

The gold standard? A lot of economist favor going back to the gold standard. And it has its merits. The problem though is you are tied to gold so as the commodity, like all commodities, gyrates up and down against the world of currencies your imports and exports gyrate along with the currency. When gold is high imports are cheap and exporting industries are hurt. When gold is low exports are helped and imports expensive. Not the most stable position for a country to be in.

MZM Money Stock. Did you get a 20% raise in 2008?

MZM Money Stock. Did you get a 20% raise in 2008?

Regional banking worked from 1836 to 1913. Yes there were problems but we had a competitive banking system. Instead of the monopoly Federal Reserve a receivership bank could be set up to monitor reserve requirements and currency stocks. When there is a failure the receivership bank would liquidate assets and reimburse a set percentage of bank holdings below 100% of value but more than 80%. The loss of value would partially eliminate moral hazard conflicts. After closure and investigation of the failure if banking laws were broken the guilty would be charged and jailed. This system would be much more competitive and currency would not continually lose value like under our current system. According to Dan Mitchell of the Cato Institute we have lost 92% of the value of our currency since the Federal Reserve was formed in 1913.

Finally if the Federal Reserve is to be maintained congress should restrict its operations. Set the reserve requirement once and print money at say 4% increase plus or minus 1%. No fed funds, no discount window. Remove the Federal Reserve from all functions except to increase the money supply 4% in good times and bad.

My 2 cents on the Federal Reserve. Also according to these Federal Reserve charts the inflation rate looks to be going to 20%. What a shocker. The inflation rate during the FDR years varied on various commodities about 10% to 15%. Hmmmm. Are these guys that good?

Want to meet congressional candidates? Then do it!

Here in the Orlando, Florida area we suffered like the rest of the nation at the hands of ACORN voter registration drives and general disenchantment with former President Bush’s policies. Both our local republican candidates lost seats to democrats. One of the pick ups was the now infamous Alan Grayson in Florida’s 8th congressional district. The other candidate is the exact opposite in personality; I refer to her as “the mouse”, Suzanne Kosmas (D) in the 24th district. Fortunately 2008 will turn into 2010 and we the people have a chance to get some representation against Obama for at least for a couple of years before reapportionment of congressional seats occurs in 2012.

Todd Long Republican candidate for Florida’s 8th congressional district

Todd Long Republican candidate for Florida’s 8th congressional district

If you pay attention and get on e-mail list you can get incredible access to candidates. These candidates have meet and greets everywhere not just parades. Typically they have an announcement party in their homes and it is open to the public. I have been to a couple of these and am always surprised by the modest turn out. These events are excellent opportunities to get to know the candidates one on one. You can ask them anything and they may laugh at you but nothing is out of bounds. You can get a feel for their personal style and how liberal or conservative they are. Granted these are up and coming candidates but they have very legitimate shots at winning their elections.

I personally am involved with libertarians and all the infighting of party politics so I can only imagine the headaches that occur on a bigger scale. These people present a very pleasant outward image but if their party politics are anything like the libertarians it surly must be some nasty infighting going on. God bless them for sacrificing financially and putting up with the additional obligations coming their way.

As examples of getting to know the candidates by simply paying attention here are a few:

Candidate X is constitutionally conservative in the mold of the founding fathers. He ALWAYS attends parades, holds fundraisers open to the public, makes time to communicate by phone, in person, e-mail to anyone interested in his platform. He is always available to explain a position to the news media or citizens. He believes in limited federal involvement and prefers the states and local governments deal with social engineering programs including entitlements.

Dan Fanelli Republican candidate for Florida’s 8th congressional district

Dan Fanelli Republican candidate for Florida’s 8th congressional district

Candidate Y is also a constitutional conservative candidate. Sometimes he makes the parades and evens and sometimes not. His educational level is not quite the same as candidate X’s. He is not as organized and it can be difficult to get in touch with him at times.

Candidate Z is a staunch republican. Z believes in social entitlement programs. Z is more business like and formal. Very conventional positions. A very reliable person of integrity but not one to think outside the box. Maybe a Reagan conservative but that might be stretching it some.

And there ten months before the election you have a real feel for the candidates running. Obviously candidate Z is the safe bet. Candidate Y is eliminated right away. If this person can’t make the rounds in a primary what will they be like in Washington? Sorry.

Candidate Z in another time before our national debt was $12.2 trillion with an economy of $14.4 (85%!) might be the preferred candidate but sorry not in today’s world. With unfunded liabilities of $106,514,122,657,391 I don’t want a candidate that will not go after Social Security and Medicare. More of the same is not good enough. Clearly candidate X is the best choice for my district and the country.

Karen Diebel Republican candidate for Florida’s 24th congressional district

Karen Diebel Republican candidate for Florida’s 24th congressional district

It’s really that easy if the citizens would just take the time to get involved. Sadly most of us sit at home watching Olbermann or Beck getting mad and complaining. With just a little research and initiative you can meet these people and personally tell them your complaints one on one. You can get to know who they really are and their positions. Maybe they will agree, maybe they will laugh at you but at least you are involved in the process and not standing on the sidelines.

I truly believe if more people got involved and meet their representative at these events both the people and representative would have a greater respect for each other. It’s just sad when a major candidate for congress or the senate has a event open to the public and there are maybe 20 people there. Get out there and let them know what you really think!

Protest at Lake Eola

There was an insignificant protest both for and against “health care reform” at Lake Eola in beautiful downtown Orlando. Florida on 12-8-09. It was at 7:00 PM on a Tuesday night. Much too early in the week for the regular working folks to take much interest in. The cool people don’t show up for political events until Thursday at the earliest. And if the protest doesn’t involve a plane ticket to DC then maybe for the beautiful people it really isn’t an event worth participating in. But there was a protest Tuesday next to beautiful Lake Eola in downtown Orlando in front of Florida Senator Bill Nelson’s office at Landmark Two, 225 East Robinson Street across from our gorgeous lake. It did take place and it was real for the peasants.

Pro Health Care Reform protesters at Lake Eola

Pro Health Care Reform protesters at Lake Eola

I parked my car on the wrong side of the lake as usual. As I was walking to the lake I noticed a large group of odd looking people seated at the informal seating area located at the south east section of the park. This is away from the main band shell area where the big events take place. It is conveniently a short distance away and sheltered from the main jogging path the young executives use to both recreate and make a statement that they have arrived and they run around the lake in circles displaying their youthful vigor and energy. The “I have arrived” path for the young executives.

Was this the demonic opposition camp? I stopped and listened to a young black man poring out his soul to the crowd with every ounce of strength and passion he had. He looked like a Jamaican Bob Marley type but from his dialect it was immediately clear he was as American as I was. Behind him seated at a table where members of what I guessed was a local church. Mother, daughter and father looked at the young preacher delivering his sermon waiting eagerly to assist in any way possible. As I listened to this young man pour out his soul to the audience I felt ashamed. He was not there to preach about health care or some other politicians’ cares but to deliver the word of God to these homeless men and women in our mist. Even though I never said a word I felt like apologizing to the man and the crowd right then and there. I was there for a political game and this man was trying to comfort the homeless and helpless as they face another night without food and shelter. God please forgive me for prejudging this man. I walked silently away absorbed in shame.

I arrived at 225 East Robinson Street on the east side of the lake and on the west side were the anti health care protesters. I was immediately questioned if I was for or against “heath care reform”. I told them I was a Libertarian and was against it. They breathed a sigh of relief and asked me where my sign was. I told them I forgot my “Don’t Tread on Me” flag that had flown over Washington DC on 9-12 so they assured me that they had an extra sign for me. Maybe they didn’t hear that I was a Libertarian the first time?
Outnumbered "anti" health care reform protester

The “Move On” crowd on the opposite side of the street had maybe 30 people. We had eight. I quickly moved over to the “Move On” side of the street and took some pictures of this occasion and quickly scuttled back. One of the things that always strike you at these events is the smell of alcohol on both sides of these off Broadway protest. Seems to make the event more interesting.

Our side accused the other side of paying their protesters. Maybe this was true maybe not but we were both kind of peeved to be on a sidewalk on a beautiful Tuesday night in downtown Orlando screaming at each other. Maybe they were paid and maybe we were not but either way this was going to end in one hour not two. Let the union pick up the other three hours of the four hour minimum.

We got down to business yelling slogans at each other. “Health care now”. “Socialism now”. “We want health care now”. “What do we want?” “Health care now!” “Socialism”. “Fascism”. “Communism.” And so the idiotic diatribe went as planned. If Senator brain dead old fart ex astronaut Bill Nelson had a video feed he surly went to sleep after the second rendition of the back and forth. One of “our” guys had a megaphone. They didn’t. To bad for them. Get a job and buy one next time. So our guy had the amazing technology in his hand able to replicate with volume their more intense shout downs. Hey who ever said numbers count never fought a real battle.

As the night wore on the insane slogans wore on and became boring to even the most partisan among the bunch. We actually began yelling coherent sentences at each other like “there will be a $1,000 dollar fine if you don’t buy health insurance.” “Who do you think will go to jail?” “I would gladly go to jail for health insurance”. Most of the zombies regurgitated the party slogans from the left and right with no thought. As the yelling went back and forth one of the opposition smart guys accused the Republicans of blowing up the budget deficit!

And I agreed.

I said “Yes the Republicans are guilty and so are the democrats” or something to that effect. Gasp! The Republican next to me immediately stood up to me and read me the riot act. “Do you want to be over here or over there?” “Get over there if you want to be on their side!” Did these guys not hear me when I told them I was a Libertarian? Guess not.

One of their guys on the other side was actually a thinker and he asked for what reform we “Republicans” would push for to make health care more affordable. I told him “repeal the anti trust exemption for insurance companies” referring to the FDR era McCarran-Ferguson Act of 1944. He was thinking but didn’t know how to respond. Of course he didn’t. Like all thinking Americans he has been manipulate with misinformation from his political party. Same as the Republicans with their supporters and their equally narrow minded crap.

The Republicans on my side of the street looked at me like they wished they could pummel me. Maybe with three of them they could. The other side looked on in awe as they saw division in the opposition ranks of only eight opponents! The majority of idiots thought this was great but the 10% on the other side had to wonder why there was division in the ranks. Maybe someday they will break out of the lock step of fascism and learn about the politicians money grab for health care. Maybe? Maybe not. There is always hope.

By the end of the protest both sides pretty much despised me. Libertarian and proud of it. Always alone against the majority. So sayeth the lord.

This brings me to the saddest part of the protest. All this time while I was arguing over the $1,000 fine that would be imposed on those who didn’t have health insurance. I was thinking of those homeless souls at the south east section of the park praying to our lord. Am I a religious man? No, but I know Gods mercy when I see it. Do I crumble before God? Of course I do. I am nothing before God like the entire human race is nothing at the hour of judgment. We all die and it doesn’t matter in the end if you dined at Bennigan’s or had a peanut butter and jelly from the Church of Christ. We all die sooner or later. I realized these homeless people in the south east section of Lake Eola would be the first ones to end up in jail under Obama’s health care “reform” bill. Just as the elites in Washington DC envisioned. No justice for the poor.

Some beautiful young lady, “big boned” with an eastern European genetic blend in there somewhere came over to our side. She claimed to be a graduate from the University of Florida. She asked me and others on the “opposition” side rhetorical questions. Her mother was 62 years old and needed insurance. When I suggested getting a federal, state, local government or privet sector job she dismissed it. When I suggested as a business owner getting a health saving account she dismissed it again. When I told her I was forming a company in January and I would hire her mother if she was good at secretarial work she insisted her mother was unqualified because she was a psychologist or something. Finally I gave up. Clearly she was a tape recorder looking to capture “dumb” republicans making stupid comments for some political web site. Yea lady there are a lot of dumb comments on both sides but if you really graduated from the University of Florida you would understand catching dumb comments means nothing to anyone but dumb people. Maybe the University of Florida has the “cool” people but the University of Central Florida has people who think. I gave up and drove off.

In this health care debate what is lost on the left are the hundreds of thousands of homeless who will be thrown in jails for not paying their $1,000 fine. What is lost on the right is the injustice of the 1944 FDR anti trust exemption for the health insurance companies. Both are injustices brought about by both parties. Why do Republicans defend the insurance companies? Why do democrats defend a plan that would imprison hundreds of thousands of defenseless homeless people? Both parties are equally sick in the head and both parties need to be destroyed. So sayeth the people.

Sarah Palin’s Going Rogue Book Review

The best selling book by Sarah Palin has been reviewed in the Wall Street Journal and other outlets. Most concentrate on her beefs with the John McCain camp or her economics. Some do the same old same old and try to nit pick her and belittler her. To me they miss entirely the real story of her life. The transformation of American culture from one of God, family and country to the government is god.

Sarah like millions of isolated white Americans grew up in an isolated America in the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s believing America was good. Work hard and trust in god and family. She had a lower middle class nuclear family with both the mother and father present in her life. School was the usual rivalries in sports and competition for boys. There was not a lot of political correctness from what I can detect in her school or politics. From her accounts she had the all America lower middle class upbringing surrounded by friends and family. She was lucky.

Also going on in the 70’s in the inner cities throughout America was forced desegregation that brought political correctness, white flight, riots and the begging of the end to the American school systems as nonpolitical entities. This started in the 50’s but reached new plateaus in the 70’s brought about by abortion rulings and busing orders from liberal activist judges. I was there in Pontiac, Michigan in the 1970’s and saw first hand this insidious destruction of values and academic standards in favor of politically correct agendas that destroyed and disabled the moral and traditional values of our kids. Sarah and millions of other “regular” kids missed this and for years were ignorant of this movement into the schools of America by the leftist.

Then one fine summer afternoon she got a call from John McCain to run with her for vice president of the United States. And suddenly her world changed from local skirmishes with weasels involved in local issues to dealing with the fascist machine both in Washington and in the media. She like millions of other good and decent Americans sheltered from the viciousness and derangement of these New Leftist. Emboldened by a declining intelligent electorate and years of propaganda in our educational institutions both in lower and higher learning and she was shocked! Prey tell Sarah and the rest of white America where were you as our cities were destroyed in the 70’s and 80’s?

Sarah like millions of other middle and upper class white people have finally been awakened to the reality us lower class whites have been dealing with for decades. These b

astards are vicious, prejudice and anti American. They will stoop to any means to demonize and destroy anyone who stands in the way of power and total annihilation of “white privilege”. They have federal, state and local policies in place that discriminate as a matter of public law. Welcome to the club Sarah. Was it fun?

Sarah, like millions of other Americans, seems to have wakened up from her slumber. Will she run for the White House? My bet would be yes. It’s in her nature. So to it’s in the lefts nature to destroy her by any means necessary and I mean that literally. She would be putting her life at risk because with the exception of General Petraeus her road to the Republican nomination is strait as an arrow. I wish Sarah the best. She’s not perfect but who is?

She’s somewhat ethnocentric but only has a mild case of the world revolves around me syndrome. Her economics is tolerable but she would be well advised if she ever graces the White House to name Cato scholar Dan Mitchell as treasury secretary and LISTEN to every word he says.

And yes Sarah you did the “slime line” but millions of Americans have done worse. I worked as the asbestos inspector back in my college days. When I got done with class on the other side of campus I got in my car to drive across campus to my job supervising illegal aliens and they removed the carcinogens from the University of Central Florida Administration Building. I got in my car not because I was lazy but because I didn’t want my professors or fellow classmates to see what my real job was. Yes I and millions of other American have done these types of jobs that we don’t like to brag about. You are not alone.

And yes Sarah’s family was lower middle class but she had a family. She obviously doesn’t know how valuable that is unless you never had one. It is a HUGE advantage having a male biological father figure in the house protecting you and providing for your siblings. This is why I don’t get Sarah’s “I am woman” and support of Title IX attitude.

How many men were denied scholarships at universities because of Title IX? And for what? To make room for women’s badminton? The answer is college wrestling programs were drastically reduced in the 70’s to make way for women’s sports teams that were almost impossible to field. Another attempt by the left to marginalize men and their masculinity as well as their sports. Let the marketplace dictate the number of men and women in athletics. Shame on Sarah. She needs to scrap the women crap and support the removal of Title IX and all other anti male legislation. It’s not a whole lot of fun going to the welfare office with your single mother to get the necessities of life from some government worker. It is better to be lower middle with a father than suffer the depravity, be ostracized and endure the humiliation of poverty and no father.

I get the feeling she doesn’t really see the war in the lower 48 that has occurred on fatherhood brought about by welfare, child support and the virtual elimination of men’s role in their children’s lives. In the lower 48 men are looked at as walking wallets and nothing more to the leftist.

Sarah is cute and smarter than most women. She would be a great president over the dolt we currently have who is in love with the idea of being dictator for life. She needs to drop the feminist ego and listen to her kid Track. If she does that she can make a positive change for America if for no other reason than she will be the final straw that broke the republics back and separated the lower 48 forever. Live free or die.

Good luck Sarah and cover up when that buckshot starts falling down on you.

Guess What Dorothy the races are not equal!

For years anyone who pointed the obvious differences in the races was called a racist and shunned from society. When Charles Murray wrote the Bell Curve in 1994 pointing out the obvious he was ostracized and his book was accused of manufacturing data. This has got to be one of the stupidest debates on the face of the planet. The evidence for differences in human intelligence is literally on every street and neighborhood. Go to any predominately black neighborhood and look around. Then go to a Chinese, white or Hispanic. Take a look around and tell me what you see.
The Economist Logo pic
One of the stupidest con games of government propaganda ever played on the people is that the races are equal. There has been forced school bussing, affirmative action, inner city development and federal regulations from here to eternity denying the obvious. All these games for decades where everyone pretends we are equal. All one big lie that has cost billions of wasted dollars. Just like the Global Warming scam is falling apart so to is the idea that we are of equal characteristics.

The following is from The Economics showing the revelation through genetics that we are not equal. What this means politically is that as America gets more populated with lower IQ voters our system of government will gravitate towards dictatorship as this population swells and demands to be taken care of by the state. With whites down to 66% of the population we may have a few election cycles before we are voted into insignificance and enslaved by the future majority. It is time to get real about immigration and returning the Senate representation back to the states.

The looming crisis in human genetics

“We will also identify the many genes that create physical and mental differences across populations, and we will be able to estimate when those genes arose. Some of those differences probably occurred very recently, within recorded history. Gregory Cochran and Henry Harpending argued in “The 10,000 Year Explosion” that some human groups experienced a vastly accelerated rate of evolutionary change within the past few thousand years, benefiting from the new genetic diversity created within far larger populations, and in response to the new survival, social and reproductive challenges of agriculture, cities, divisions of labour and social classes. Others did not experience these changes until the past few hundred years when they were subject to contact, colonisation and, all too often, extermination.”

The Messiah gives his orders for Afghanistan

The Magic Half Negro has given his orders for the troops in Afghanistan and the military will obediently obey. From a military and political point of view the half Negro walked a fine line about as well as he could be expected. He had to give in to the military or lose all military support. This is important for a dictator wanna bee like Obama. No military support no dictatorship. End of story. So the dictator in training conceded somewhat to the military and gave them some troops.

Affirmative Action President

Affirmative Action President

Doesn’t change the fact that the fascist wanna bee is squarely pitted against the people of the United States. Like Hitler in 1933 this scum needs to develop a contingent of Brown Shirts like the SEIU union to carry the fight to the people. But the fool failed to realize the power of the modern internet and the press repeatedly broadcasting his SEIU thugs beating up civilians. The con also failed to realize there are plenty of red necks and the like just waiting in the wings for a chance to take the SEIU thugs down a notch or maybe quite a few notches. Just give us an excuse. This ain’t going to be no 1933 Mr. President. So the communist educated affirmative action idiot flails away on foreign policy. So be it.

Nothing changes. The march to civil war continues. No quarter.

Sarah Palin will be the Second Abraham Lincoln

With the ouster of Mike Huckabee, who forever justified or not, will be known as the man who commuted the sentence of a four time cop killer. The road to the Republican nomination is wide open for Sarah Palin. Romney will give her a fight as well as Pawlenty of Minnesota. It will be interesting but not very interesting in the Republican Primaries in 2012. But has anyone thought of what this will do to the liberal elite establishment that has run America since Teddy Roosevelt?
The liberal establishment looks down at the peasants from their high perch. Those elitist snobs in control of Hollywood and the lame stream media. The pukes at GE and other corporations lobbying congress to get as complex tax codes to shield themselves from start up competition. The medical insurance industry with it’s anti trust exemption. All the oligopolies both foreign and domestic that extract higher profits from complex tax laws and useless regulations. Doctors, lawyers, businessmen and women from large protected corporations. What will they do if a 21st century Andrew Jackson actually stands up for the people?

Sarah is not one of the elites. Why would she support the Department of Education, Housing or even the Federal Reserve? Sooner or later, probably sooner, she will figure out all these agencies are a way to enslave the population and or rip them off. And she has never been on the inside getting that special treatment from these organizations and she will work to kill them.

The first reaction will be for the powerful elites to buy her off. They will try to corrupt her as much as possible with trips and contributions. Suddenly the Federal Elections Commission that was missing in action in 2008 will grow a spine and investigate every donation to Palin. Forget 2008 when millions of overseas donations poured into Obama’s coffers. In 2012 the FEC will be as pure as Snow White but only to Palin.

And if Sarah makes her way through the traps that will be set for her? I give her a good chance of doing just that. Her experience with the crap thrown her way in Alaska as governor has had the unintended side affect of making her keenly aware of the dirty tactics that will be used against her. I would not be surprised if her campaign makes every single dollar donated to her have a name and address behind it. The current requirement is only donations over $50 which is how Obama filtered millions in illegal donations into his coffers. After her Alaska experience she will be extra diligent in running a squeaky clean campaign. And I doubt she will not hesitate to fire those under her that try to sabotage or deviate from her strict standards.

So all goes as intended. She is elected. And how long will it be before Obama and his thugs do the Fort Sumter succession dance? History tells us it won’t be long. Try a couple months at best. The elites will not tolerate someone in the White House who is really for the people.

This time instead of trying to keep the union together lets split it up. Red states and blue states. Red counties and blue counties. Let the fascist, socialist and communist interbreed and live the workers paradise. Let the rest of us go on with our lives without the really super duper really smart elites in the northeast. Good riddance and have fun with that 70% tax rate. Death to tyrants.

Huckabee’s Political Career Over?

Alleged four time cop killer Maurice Clemons was granted clemency by Mike Huckabee when he was governor in Arkansas in 2000. This is a repeat of the Michael Dukakis Willie Horton scandal that was used by papa Bush successfully in the 1988 presidential campaign. Dukakis supported a weekend furlough program where convicted felon got weekend leaves of absence. Willie Horton was one of the felons. Horton never returned during his leave on June 6, 1986. While free he raped a local woman, gagged and beat her fiancé and stole their car. From this event papa Bush was able to exploit fears of people by painting Dukakis as soft on crime. Possibly the most successful tactic of that campaign. And it worked.

And now Huckabee takes the walk of shame. He reportedly blamed both Arkansas and Washington but the evidence is plain as day. Dukakis was guilty for supporting a furlough program. Huckabee actually granted clemency. It’s over Mike.

And what does this all mean? South Carolina Governor Sanford gone as a possible 2012 presidential candidate. Now the main nemesis of Sarah Palin if she chooses to run as a republican in 2012 badly damaged. The last one standing is Mitt Romney. Sarah would have had a tough battle with Huckabee but she can take the Massachusetts health care tarnished Romney. Romney will look like the old guard, conventional, wooden, caught up in his contradictory record of non achievement in government. Basically the flood gates just blew open for Sarah if she desires the nomination in 2012.

Lesson to be learned here? Never trust a convicted felon.

Going to the Sarah Palin Book Signing

Well I did it like thousands of others. I went to the Sarah Palin book signing in Orlando, Florida. I have been to a few of these before. Neal Boortz, Glen Beck and some unknown author standing outside a book store in Savanna selling his self published novel about the local ghost. The last one was enjoyable. There was no one else there and the guy seemed all too eager to tell me and my wife about his novel. The other three were nightmares to some degree or another.

At the Boortz signing I got there “on time” but soon realized “on time” means a three hour + wait and slim prospects of getting the book signed. Okay fool me one. I got it. In the end I gave up on the idea of getting the book signed and looked at Neal like some retarded overgrown kid eying a Snickers bar sitting at a table unwrapped and ready to eat. I am sure if someone took a picture of me it would be one of the goofiest photos in the history of mankind. I have no idea why I and doubtless thousands of other people look so goofy when seeing a celebrity in real life. I guess it’s just the shock of seeing a hero or villain in the flesh. They never look the same as the pictures. Less makeup, pale skin, acne, bald heads, sometimes sunburned, fatter, skinnier, generally less attractive and more human. God what a concept these people are human? It cannot be! I see or hear them on television or the radio and they are not perfect human specimens! I just fall into a state of shock looking like Gomer Pyle after Sgt. Carter just busted him with some cookies in his locker. What is a guy to do?

For the Glen Beck book signing I had a plan. Got there early, got my number, 366, and still waited several hours. Overall it went pretty good if you like to wait in line a lot. As I approached Glen I frantically took pictures in my outdated digital camera that gets maybe 10 pictures before you have to change the batteries. I squeezed off shot after shot hoping to get that perfect shot for this blog. I was so focused on shooting and the line kept moving closer and closer till I suddenly realized I was standing in from of Glen with this dazed look in my eyes. Glen was looking at me I wondered what the hell he was looking at me for and then he said “How are you doing?” making eye contact with me to get my attention then gently breaking eye contact to indicate he was no threat to me in case I was a crazed lunatic on PCP or maybe just a crazed lunatic. I snapped out of it and came back to reality and shook his hand, smiled and moved on then proceeded to continue shooting pictures. It was just plain weird meeting the guy in person. Surly these pictures will win some photojournalistic award, right?

Wrong. The pictures were horrible. Between my moving down the line, incorrect camera angles and red eye there was barley a decent shot in the bunch. One was so horrible I must post it here. Sorry Mr. Beck my deepest apologies but the family needs to know the dangers of amateur photography. The shot is a wonderful picture of Mr. Beck’s five o’clock shadow, 3/5ths of his face looking downward, nicely pressed shirt, pen in hand but you cannot se his hand and totally worthless. Surely this is photography hall of shame material. And there were others to compete with this one but out of self guilt and shame I will not post them. Sorry I have had enough humiliation. Glen I learned my lesson.

And now the Sarah book signing experience. Oh Sarah the perfect mother of five and other assorted R rated thoughts. Her book signing was a nightmare. The day started off at 7:30 AM. I thought I would get in line at the local Barnes & Noble, wait an hour and a half, maybe two, get my number and get out of dodge until the evening fireworks scheduled to go off at 7:30 PM. Uh-huh in my dreams.

Every female in her 40’s and 50’s who was a fan of Helen Ready, “I am Woman”, was there. They were up one block and down the other. I surly must be number 1,487 or something insignificant. I was in the back surrounded by agitated women who were going through or had already experienced menopause! They were all patriotic and it didn’t help the Armed Forces Recruiting office was right next to me. I wouldn’t have noticed but for the fact that as young military recruiters walked into work these women cheered them like they were rock stars. I thought to myself come on ladies weren’t you the chicks that avoided any guy with short hair in both college and the night clubs? Of course they were. I remember it quite well. Back in the post Vietnam War days these women would not be caught dead on a dance floor at a disco or rock club with a guy with a military haircut. Long hair was in style and those of us in the military stood out from the crowd. We were the nonconformist of our day and being truly a nonconformist is rarely rewarded by the main stream of popular culture. These were the same women 30 years later applauding young military men in uniform going to work. Quite a stunning turnaround. I guess age and the specter of returning to a Jimmy Carter economy can do that to you. Well good for them.

As the line moved on the day dragged on and there was ample time to get acquainted with ones new found neighbors. Some read books like Jeff Shaara’s WWI novel To the Last Man, some stood in silence, and some like me made friends and talked about anything that came into our bored minds. Most were educated, some elderly and occasionally a minority or two.

One young black man with dreadlocks read intently his ninja book of struggle and great warrior clashes all the while gently ever so slowly sneaking his way up the line. I notice him because he stood out in this crowd of post menopausal women like I did at a rock concert back in 1979 with my military haircut. I gently asked “what do you like about Palin? Politics, celebrity?” “Oh I like her politics.” And the message was sent that I noticed him and to stop cutting in line. He later explained he was scheduled for work at 10:00 O’clock and soon realized that was not going to happen. He resigned himself to the fact that he would be late and made the dreaded text message to the boss. To his credit he stuck it out and made the book signing that night.

Another mother and her daughter gave up after a few hours as the line laboriously moved at a snails pace. Barnes & Noble limited access to six customers at a time so as not to overwhelm the staff behind the checkout counter. It made for a lot of conversations and lot of boredom.

In these waiting lines for political events the one thing that always strikes me is how the elderly are so different in their demeanor. Most stand there patiently in line while others much younger whip out portable lounge chairs and have a seat. The temperature seems to have no affect on these stoic souls. They have faced the Great Depression and WWII. They know true hardship. Their culture is in the last troughs eventually leading to extinction. No ego, no vanity, no expectations of special treatment. When I see these people from another time and place I marvel at their patient discipline to maintain their composure in the middle of impatient baby boomers.

Political conversation at these events is a repeat of Bill O’Reilly, Glen Beck, Sean Hannity and Rush. Very little political imagination. The same talking points. The same conversations over and over again. When I suggest that Sarah Palin would be better off running as a Libertarian the crowd is aghast at the thought. That wasn’t discussed on Hannity. Some dismiss the idea because Sarah is opposed to abortion. Others turn away in disgust at the traitor in their mist. Once again I am outside the mainstream just like back in 1979. So sayeth the lord.

Eventually I make it to the bookstore. I cannot get two wrist bands without two people being physically present. One for my wife and one for myself. Fine so I buy one book and get one wristband. Take that Sarah! And I leave the store at high noon. I am amazed that I have made it five and a half hours waiting to pay $20 for Sarah Palin’s book and somewhat pissed off that I will have to come back at 7:00 PM for the actual book signing. I am in group “G” which ion case you didn’t notice is behind A, B, C, D, E and F. That means a whole lot of people.

Now I like Sarah, she’s the best female politician to come along since former Ronald Reagan ambassador to the United Nations Jeane Kirkpatrick, but she makes me a little queasy at times listening to her. I don’t know if it’s that Alaskan accent. As a kid in lower Michigan I always resented that stupid upper “Yoopers” Michigan twang. You know like they were somehow nicer and superior to the heathens down south because they go 30 more inches of snow each winter. “Ya man like the snow machining is good, ja man eh. Youz folks down there might not get the snow for another month, ja man ja know eh?” Just irritating at times although Sarah hides it well in public. Not well enough for my liking.

I like her a lot and would really like her as a third party candidate focused on breaking up the monopoly of dictator heavy and special interest light. These political parties have had a monopoly for 156 or so years and it’s time to kill both of them. They work together and there is not a lot of difference between them. Both parties need to be broken up. Canada has five or six parties why can’t we have four? Two on the right and two on the left as it should be. And if nothing gets done in Washington then the people have won. If legislation slowed to one bill a year it would be wondrous. Nothing good come out of Washington that helps the people. Special interest dominate and it would be nice to have a couple of parties that truly represent the people. Libertarian, Objectivist, Constitutional I don’t care. Just work on breaking up the monopoly.

Yes I like her a lot but not as much as my Republican wife does. So when she got off work there I was standing in line another hour and a half waiting for her. She got in line, I gave her the sacred wristband, taped it back together and she was in and out in an hour. Merry Christmas baby. It was worth the wait so she could see probably the one political person she admires more than anyone else.

Glen I would suspect doesn’t give a hoot about bad pictures on an old dinosaur camera . He’s a guy. Why should he? Sarah now that’s a different story. Bad pictures of female politicians do have a negative affect. Sexist? Yes indeed. We all have seen the Nancy Pelosi Frankenstein picture of her with her face contorted in anger and blood vessels protruding out of her forehead, pancake facial power three centimeters thick breaking apart into platonic plates like a earthquake along the San Andreas fault line in San Francisco. Very scary and damaging.

Sarah and her crew have devised a way around this dilemma. Her operation bans cameras and all personal items. The signing area is blocked off on three sides. A professional photographer is commissioned to video tape and distribute 5”x7”, 8”x10”, 8”x12” and 11”x14” prints for $15.99 to $35.99. Problem solved and making a little change on the side.

She went up into the enclosed area in the limited access second level where those below could not see. My wife had her book signed, “thank you for being here,” shook her hand and it was over. She was ecstatic but at the same time somewhat puzzled. She confided in me that Sarah was “really skinny” and she looked “different” than on television. Sarah looked tired and not quite as spectacular, like an ordinary person tired from a long days work. Sarah’s father made quite the impression on her still looking like a dashing elderly gentleman but was less impressed with the mother describing her as somewhat disheveled. Yea baby I know the feeling.

One has to wonder what these celebrities think. Everyone knows your history and sometimes the most intimate details of your life. Most of the people at these events worship you. Complete strangers approaching you hour after hour wishing you well and asking the most mundane to intimate question. Totally out of bounds questions to real strangers but perfectly acceptable between the public and a celebrity. Ah the price of stardom. Still it must be quite annoying and at times amusing to have a complete stranger ask you about your grandson and your daughter’s plans for college.

And that is about all the celebrity worshiping I care to partake in for the near future. The fascist are in power trying to consolidate power and I need to start a new business of fewer than 50 people to avoid the wrath of the federal government and the punitive legislation coming my way. Sole proprietorship seems to be the up and coming wave for the peasants. I know I cannot idly sit by while the federal monster sacks and pillages the nation. I will stay politically involved and aggressive if needed but my days of celebrity reverence are over. Time to move on.

Sarah Palin should run as a Libertarian in 2012

Everyone loves Sarah. Of course except the deranged emotionally handicapped on the left. And I mean that in its totality. Only complete disingenuous freaks of conformity could hate a woman who paid her way through college, raised five children, stayed married to her high school sweetheart, climbed out of literally nowhere with no money or connections to become governor of her state and run for vice president. She is a modern hero to millions of women including my wife who adores her. And I have to be honest she’s pretty fringing hot. “I am not blind” as she says about her husband Todd. Yea Sarah and neither are we.

Watching the interviews has reinforced what I thought of her before. She is not the best read person in the world. What grabbed my attention was when Bill O’Reilly asked her about reporters comparing her to late former first lady of Argentina Evita Peron. Sarah was quick switching away from discussing Mrs. Peron but it was clear she didn’t know who the lady was. Peron was a socialist who wanted the people of Argentina to have health care and every other government goodie on the planet. Her influence with the poor lead to decades of socialism and socialist governments culminating in a couple of world renowned financial collapses brought about by the spectacular government growth. Inflation numbers of 5,000% were reached due to the influence of socialism and Peron. Sarah should have snapped back “I am nothing like Peron. I am the former governor of the State of Alaska not the first lady. I would never support socialized medicine or government intrusion into the private sector”. Stunning put down of the elite media showing her intellect and the elite media’s ignorance. But it was not to be.

Sarah showed she has good instinct and that can not be taught. She is a natural. I believe her when she confesses she got a “D” in macroeconomics. She’s not one to slough through the nitty gritty of abstract thinking or do a whole lot of reading outside required reading to perform her job. Well if she’s going to be a presidential candidate in 2012 it’s about time to retake macroeconomics and get an “A” this time around. Sarah has a whole lot of reading to do if she wants to serve the people to the best of her ability. I know it’s a lot more fun to shoot a 30-06 or snowmobile. And if she doesn’t want to run for president then have fun. If she really wants to blow away Obama or Romney in a debate then she needs to do some serious reading over the next two years. As for Huckabee she should be nice and forget about pinning him in some corner. That is not going to happen.

Why should she run as a Libertarian? The Libertarian Party is an established party that is closer to her values of limited government than the republicans. The republicans talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. Sarah is a woman of action. The republicans are not. Running as a Libertarian would be putting her principals first and party second. And hopefully destroy the Republican Party while she’s at it.

And if Obama is re-elected? So what! The best thing that ever happened to republicans these last three years has been the election of Obama. Obama had a huge impact on gun sales and he should be the NRA gun salesman of the year. And just as Obama has affected gun sales so has he affected the national attitude towards conservatives. Almost overnight democrats have been exposed for the fascist dictator wanna bees that they are. Obama is a walking freak show that is glued to Teleprompters, unable to articulate arguments on his own. Could the republicans dream up of a better advertisement of what a liberal democrat really is? Come on who could be so stupid as to have the 9-11 terrorist masterminds tried in NYC? Talk about the gift from heaven. Republicans should be supporting Obama in 2012 so when they win in 2016 they will have 300 seats in the house and 70 in the senate. By then we will have suffered hyperinflation and maybe we can eliminate a whole lot of federal programs, privatize social security and kill Medicare. Germany reformed after Hitler and we can reform after Obama.

Now Sarah will have some problems with the Libertarians. We believe in liberty and freedom. That means legalized drugs for adults. Prevention and rehabilitation cost 10% of the cost we now pay for the war on drugs. No federal programs except national defense. Abortion should be a state issue or better yet a local issue. Most libertarians are isolationist but not all. Foreign policy is one of the few really contentious issues Libertarians are divided on. Myself I think killing bad guys overseas is an investment in creating a better gene pool for humanity. Like some general in Afghanistan said “killing bad guys makes for a good day” or something to that effect. Killing terrorist who kill innocent women and children in the name of Allah is a good thing. Thugs of the world need to be killed. But I am in a minority in the Libertarian Party. Most like to stick their head in the sand pre WWII style.

Hey it’s not a perfect party but is there such a thing? Sarah would be in a win win position. She could help in the destruction of the Republican Party. She might even win. At worse she would get the allegedly Parkinson disease riddle Obama a second term. The man is a complete Jimmy Carter II except he’s more of a dictator asshole. As long as the republicans have the house or senate nothing will get done. What the hell. Go rogue Sarah and don’t look back.

The freedom loving people of this country have been looking for someone of national stature to lead a secessionist movement both away from the corrupt Republican Party and a true secessionist movement of the states away from Washington DC. We don’t want to be a part of a nation that rips off the peasants with both taxes from the federal government and inflation from the Federal Reserve. We want to be able to pursue life, liberty and happiness without interference from ANY federal or state government. All social engineering needs to be at the local government level period. Kill the nanny state. If it causes a realignment of the United States then that is the price of freedom and liberty. Go rogue Sarah. Kill the beast.

One final though Joan of Arc was burned at the stake. If we the people are going to get our freedom and liberty back sacrifices will need to be made. Get it Sarah?

“Nut Job” Videos Making the Rounds

Everyone is familiar with the left nut job Michael Moore and his stupid videos. Moore claims Cuban health care is better than the United States, splices together Charlton Heston film clips NAZI style to make propaganda points, and makes factual errors like the Afghanistan oil pipe line that was pimped by Clinton not Bush. The usual crap that is indicative of a undereducated slob. Moore is uneducated in every sense of the word and apparently quite lazy to boot. Moore lasted one day on the Flint assembly line and four months as editor of Mother Jones. Fortunately for Mr. Moore there are a lot of idiots in the world that like his half truths and lies. He is the richest and most famous “nut job” video maker in the world.

And now we have the right wing version of Moore in Alex Jones. Just like Moore Jones dropped out of college and came from middle class parents. People on the left complain Jones is funded by and is agent for the Jews, whatever that means. Anybody know please leave a comment. His videos are handed out at Tea Parties all across America. He has two web sites Prison Planet and Infowars. Apparently Mr. Jones is approaching Moore in nut job video status.

Alex Jones

At one of the Tea Parties I picked up his “Fall of the Republic” video। I viewed it and knew it would piss off one of my left wing nut job friend। And it sure did. I watched Fahrenheit 9/11 that was torn apart by David Kopel and Christopher Hitchens a few years ago so now it was payback time.. The guy is so brainwashed like the characters in 1984 when shown the bad guy he starts screaming and throwing things. Right on cue when there was a video clip of Congresswoman Michele Bachmann he went into convolutions saying crap like “if she was next to me I would pummel her face”. Of course he says this crap whenever a person worthy of demonization by the left appears on a television. You know Sarah Palin, Bush and the crowd. He is a total tool of the left. Other than that he’s a normal well mannered jihad type.

So the dirty deed was done. To his credit my friend sat through the whole video, even the global warming part that caused his blood pressure to peak at dangerous levels all the will frantically trying to control erratic convulsions. He did quite well for a left tool and now we are even.

This brings me back to Mr. Jones. Just like Mr. Moore he has a tendency to be short on research and long opinion. Briefly a couple of glaring errors in the video.

The first is the proposal that the Federal Reserve be put under the jurisdiction of the congress so “the people” can control the national bank. Mr. Jones has an aversion to banker and the Federal Reserve. A lot of economist agree. The Federal Reserve has depreciated the currency 95% soon to be 98% since its inception. Bankers love printing money and getting people to pay for the inflated currency with hard currency. What’s new? This has been going on for centuries. John Law did the money bubble dance back in 1715. And the Alex Jones solution is to turn the bank over to congress?

Hello earth to Mr. Jones! This congress has been ripping off the people for decades and you want to give them the keys to the piggy bank? Not a good idea. Dude badly needs to watch some Dan Mitchell or Peter Schiff videos and get a clue.

Here is a clue for you Mr. Jones. The Federal Reserve was created by wealthy New York banks to eliminate competing from regional banks and to facilitate as much seigniorage as possible. All over the world preferably. Basically kill the little guys and print a bunch of cheap money and pass it off as valuable money and pocket the difference. Got it?

The solution to the problem would be to eliminate the Federal Reserve and revert back to regional banking that worked from 1836 to 1913. Or create a federal receivership bank to handle banking collapse and a second federal bank that is restricted to increasing the money supply at some set rate say 4% plus or minus 1%. Set the reserve requirement at 8% or some number and leave it alone. Get out of setting interest rates and let them float. The old system creates competition and forces bad competitors out of business. The old system worked fine for everyone but New York bankers that wanted monopoly profits and were scared of “unfettered competition” from regional and state banks. Got it?

The second theme that reoccurs in these “right wing” videos is that the North American Free Trade Agreement, NAFTA. Lou Dobbs, Ross Perot and every right wing group seems to be opposed to free trade. All those Mexican stealing our jobs. Well let’s set the record strait. The reason blue collar wages have been suppressed 37% give or take a little in the 1990’s and 2000’s at the same time there was a boom for white collar wages is the border. You see a wall there Mr. Jones? No wall and no restriction on foreign workers mean lower wages for unskilled and semi-skilled labor. You know that supply and demand thing. NAFTA increases economic activity thereby increasing demand for workers. NAFTA is not the problem. The lack of a wall and chaotic immigration policy is the problem. Build a wall and wages will rise for low skilled labor.

Exports by the US have increased 157% since NAFTA. Exports from Canada and Mexico have increased 231%. NAFTA has helped the US economy grow 0.5% a year. When a consumer is allowed to by cheaper goods it increases the consumers’ purchasing power. The people are better off not the large corporations. More choices mean more competition and less centralization of economic power.

When trade increases with Mexico it created more demand for Mexican labor. The incentives for the average Mexican worker to stay in Mexico go UP not down. If the Mexican worker can make a living and raise a family in his or her home country they will be less likely to want to relocate to the United States. If the United States had free trade with every nation the purchasing power of the people would go UP not down.

Basically Mr. Jones for every $1 of savings to a domestic manufacturer created by barriers to trade the consumer loses $9 to $19 of purchasing power. A very bad trade off. Look at Venezuela and their 90% tariffs on imported goods. Is that what you want?

Protectionism also renders domestic manufacturers obsolete in the world market. Does anyone remember the isolationist Soviet Union and eastern block automobiles? Anyone remember the Yugo? Isolate domestic industry from international competition and you end up with a bunch of factories producing Yugo’s. Not a smart decision.

The problem with domestic manufacturing is the horrendous tax burden and complexity of the tax code. If you want real change support the Fair Tax or a flat tax that eliminates all corporate taxes. Corporate taxes are nothing more than a tax on the people. Double taxation. Corporations collect taxes and pass them off on consumers, share holders or company growth and research. It all depends on the elasticity of the product but all three are bad outcomes.

Mr. Jones does get a lot right and he does put both republican and democratic politicians and points of view in his video. Give credit where credit is due. Unfortunately his lack of education, specifically economic education clouds the overall effect of his videos and relegates him to the “nut job” video library.
